Inseparable Companion

The main character of this book is a St. Bernard and Scotch Shepherd mix, named Buck. As I read the book, I found out that Buck can be very loyal and trustworthy to his master, if his master is loyal to him. Also, at times I found that Buck could turn into an enraged beast very easily. At home, which was a large house called Judge Miller†s Place, in the sun kissed Santa Clara Valley in California, Buck ruled over all of the dogs that were there. Buck was Judge Miller†s inseparable companion, until a man named Manuel, who was one the gardener†s helpers, committed a treacherous act. In order to cover his Chinese lottery gambling debts, he stole Buck from his sound sleep and brought him to a flag station called College Park. There, the exchanging of money took place. Buck was loaded onto an express car to Seattle. On his way to Seattle, he found that a man in a red sweater repeatedly beat him. From then on, I knew that Buck would never forget that experience. In that part of the book, I found out that Buck was now an enraged animal and could only be tamed by repeatedly being hit with a club or a whip. At this point of the book, I was thinking about Judge Miller. He would†ve sent out a message or an investigation in order to find Buck. Because Judge Miller had a big house to live in, the book implied that he was wealthy. The trip to Seattle must of taken days and by then, Judge Miller would†ve been worried sick about his inseparable companion. As the story goes on, Buck†s first experience of snow left him feeling pretty stupid. When the train got to the station in Seattle, two men named Perrault and Francois bought him. Then, they put him on a ship called the Narwhal. At this point of the book, I was thinking about the cruelty of animals and how the humans treated them. It was cruel, but I guess they didn†t care. The Narwhal took Buck to the Yukon where he was trained to be a sled dog. There were other dogs that Buck had grown to know well during his training. In a matter of time, Buck became a great sled dog. Francois and Perrault took the huskies and mix breeds from Dyea Beach to the town of Dawson. There were many conflicts with Buck and Spitz, who was the leader of the dogs. From then on, Buck†s motivation was to survive the freezing cold weather of the arctic. Buck was very ambitious to be the leader. In some ways, I find that Buck can be satanic. To become the lead dog of the sled team, he would fight to the bloody death of the lead dog, and that was what he did later on in the book. When I was reading, I noticed something in the writing of Jack London. Francois and Perrault must of came from France or something. Their English was really bad. It took me a while before I could really understand what they were saying. An example of this was when Francois was talking about how there was no other dog like Buck. â€Å"Nevaire such a dog as dat Buck!† he cried. â€Å"No nevaire! Heem worth one t†ousan† dollair, by Gar! Eh? Wot you say, Perrault?† When Spitz was killed, Francois and Perrault didn†t even make Buck the leader of the pack. Buck became enraged and pushed himself harder than ever to achieve the roll of being the leader. As days past, Francois and Perrault made the trip to Dawson. By the time they got there, most of the dogs were severely wounded. Some of them had broken legs and some of them were severely sick. The dog that was in best condition was Buck, although he had many wounds and bruises. When Francois and Perrault got to Dawson, Buck was traded to a family who knew absolutely nothing about managing a sled team. This part of the plot didn†t seem right. There was a rich family who could†ve taken a train to their destination instead of risking their lives in the freezing cold; meanwhile, taking a crew of dogs and having to feed them and having to stop each night can kill the dogs if not treated right. The plot continues when the family packed too much on the sled. It was too much for the dogs to pull and it was mostly unnecessary baggage. The driver told the dogs to start. They pulled as hard as they could but the sled didn†t budge. Luckily, a local came along and told the family to throw away their tent. They started and finally got somewhere. As the sled made a sharp turn, some of the access baggage tipped over and the trip was barely completed because of the harsh weather, inadequate supplies, and poop management skills of the dog handlers. This was a beginning of a bad start of Buck and the family. Perhaps the only sane one in the group was John Thortnon. When the family started to repeatedly beat on Buck, Thornton became enraged and threatened to kill the man. Shortly after, Thornton unhooked Buck from the sled, nonetheless the rest of the family left John Thornton. As the sled took off, it slid on a lake and then began to sink. This situation left me to think about what it would feel like to be a dog in those days. It leaves a horrible scene in my mind because seeing a whole crew of sled dogs sink in freezing cold water is very hard to imagine. This situation left John and Buck to fend for themselves. As time pasted, John and Buck became the best of friends. The rest of the book concludes all of the good times that John and Buck have together. In this book, Jack London makes Buck look like a human being instead of a dog. It is not that realistic because Jack London makes the dog feel human emotions. An example of this is at the end of the book when Buck discovers that John Thornton is dead because of the Indians. It said in the book that Buck felt and remembered all of the times that they have spent together. I think that Jack London uses a writing style that everyone can understand. Overall, I think that The Call of the Wild is an exhilarating and an exciting novel. It is packed with drama and adventure. Throughout the chapters, this book takes you through many stages of a dog†s life. I would recommend this book to anybody who is interested in reading about dogs and the arctic. I think that this book has to do with the love from a dog to a man than anything else in the book. Overall, I think that this is a great book and I recommend that you read it.

Super Power is an extra ordinary power that is God’s gift to a person. Super power is a special power that some special people have; it is rare to find people with super power. Everyone wants super power like laser eyes,, flying power, fire breathing power, a power by which people can make electricity pass through him but he wont get affected, a person may have a strong skull, freezing power, supper strength, strength of being invisible, being a fairy, magic power, etc. Even I want super powers, I want such a power with which I can see the death, I wish I could see any signs by which I could understand that there is going to be an accident or some how if any person is going to die. I had a dream of having this power when I first saw a movie named ‘The Eye’. This is a horror film, in which a girl who lived in a small town who had not much power or believers except her mother. She ha this super power, people thought she was a witch and thought she used to kill the people as she could tell who was about to die, so she suicides. But before she died she predicted a big accident which will occur on the way to the city. She died but her spirit was still there, on the other hand there was a girl named Sydney who lived in the city, who lost her eye sight when she was 5 years old. The girl chooses Sydney to fulfill her last wish, to stop the accident and save the people. And at the and she did save the people†¦ From the movie I’ve learned one thing the people who have power or believers doesn’t want to do any thing from their hearts, they just know to tell people that they can do many things, but in reality they don’t do anything but, people who wants to do something doesn’t have the power. If I had this super power, I don’t think anyone would believe me that if I was telling the truth or I will be trying to save them, they may also take me as a witch too. But I still want to help them; I want to save all the damages and all the people. If I had this super power, I know o couldn’t save or help anyone but, I can tell from my heart that I would try my best to save them.

Nature of Scientific Theories In science, it means an explanation or model that covers a substantial group of occurrences in nature and has been confirmed by a substantial number of experiments and observations. A theory may have one statements or a number of statements. Most scientific theories are enthymemes. This means they contain hidden premises called auxiliary hypotheses which help us understand the implications of a theory. For instance, the statement "Earth is round", if a ship should sail away over the horizon, the hull disappear before the masthead does, is invalid unless supported by an extra premises such as "light travel in a straight line". Normally this extra premise is omitted in many theories as scientists take them as too obvious to warrant any explanation4. A theory is more general and better verified than a hypothesis. Thus can be referred to as a theoretical hypothesis. Unlike empirical generalizations, theories are free inventions of mind. For instance Newton devised theory of gravity to explain why things fall down; Dalton invented a theory of atoms to explain why certain things can combine with others. Evaluating the Hero's Journey of Harry Potter - Essay Example We instantly feel connected to the ordinary man, who is destined to turn into an epitome of gallantry, because â€Å"what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances within our own innermost being and reality† (Campbell and Moyers 4). This is why the pattern of a hero’s journey has always been the same in every period. Christopher Vogler and Stuart Voytilla categorized Campbell’s theory into twelve stages. Amazingly, most of the present age literature and cinematic masterpieces fit perfectly on these stages. To prove this theory, we need to compare a modern example of heroic endeavor with these stages. This paper is an attempt to evaluate the journey of Harry Potter, the ultimate icon of a mythic hero for today’s generation, in the movie â€Å"Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. â€Å" The first stage introduces us to the hero's ordinary world. Voytilla describes it as â€Å"the Hero’s home, the safe haven upon which the Special World and the Journey’s outcome must be compared† (Voytilla 8). In this stage, a deliberative effort is made by every storyteller to express the hero’s dissatisfaction with his life. In the movie, Harry is an orphan leading a miserable life under the guardianship of his uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, and cousin Dudley. Their attitude is hostile and harry live inside a cupboard. Rowling describes his life in the book as â€Å"the Dursleys often spoke about Harry, as though he was something very nasty that couldn’t understand them, like a slug† (Mulholland 108). This aspect of a hero’s life is indispensable because troubled life makes the hero stronger, able to rely on himself, and enhances his decision-making power (Vogler 84). According to Neil Mulholland â€Å"Harry is a great wizard. However, often, greatness is bred from childhood strife† (Mulholland 8 9). The second stage initiates the call to adventure which Campbell believed â€Å"signifies that destiny has summoned the hero† (Campbell 48). It could be a call in its literal meaning, or just anything that could compel the hero to leave the ordinary world (Vogler 100). In Harry’s journey, a call comes on his 11th birthday when he receives a â€Å"letter from No One† about being accepted in Hogwarts. Later, Rubeus Hagrid appears at the door and informs Harry that he is a wizard and the time has come to join Hogwarts, the school of witchcraft. Third stage implies the hero’s refusal to the call. It happens because of â€Å"the fears and insecurities that have surfaced from the Call to Adventure† (Voytilla 8). Harry’s initial response to Hagrid’s proposal is â€Å"I think you must have made a mistake. I don't think I can be a wizard." Hero’s reluctance is natural because fear of the unknown is human nature. The uncertainty surr ounding the task, and the mysterious special world offered is what entices the hero, and restrain him from taking the step as well (Vogler 107). Fourth stage involves meeting the mentor. Voytilla explains that â€Å"the Hero meets a Mentor to gain confidence, insight, advice, training, or magical gifts to overcome the initial fears† (Voytilla 9). In every tale, there is some guiding factor, most likely a man or woman, who compels, explains, and trains the hero (Vogler 39). The case reflects upon two men and a boy who became stranded at a sea, and when they were almost dying, the two men decided to kill the boy and eat him up, considering the fact that the boy did not have a family like they did, and also was starving. However, post their rescue, the two men were charged by the court as guilty of the murder and the law does not have support for the excuse they presented (Regina v. Dudley & Stephens: Morality, Murder and the Criminal Law 2009). In the above mentioned cases, the decisions of the legal system have significantly been based o n the moral beliefs of the society. Thus it can be said that although the positivists tried to distinguish the two considering the fact that the nature of the law needs to be different and irrespective of the moral beliefs of the society; however, it could not be achieved and hence the inherent relation of law and morality is prevalent and can be significantly seen in several criminal cases in the present times. He was the fifteenth child in their family. Franklin was not lucky to have a formal education. He only managed to attend school for two years before being sent home for lack of school fees (Murre 15). However, since his family was too poor to afford the school fees required, Franklin abandoned school and resorted to helping his poor father in candle making. Nonetheless, since he had interest in having good education, he taught himself how to read and write, as well as how to experiment. Since his family could not afford enough money to feed the entire family, Franklin began working as a printer in Boston to boost his family income. Even though he was working as a printer, he still had a lot of interest in education. As such, he kept reading books and periodicals at night after leaving work (Canada par. 3). The more he continued practicing reading and writing, the more he developed good grammar and style of writing. However, when he was about 17 years of age, Franklin resigned from the print shop where he had been working as a printer. This is after he had gained a wealth of experience in typesetting skills. He then left Boston for Philadelphia, where he arrived very hungry and tired (Murre 18). It did not take him long before getting a new job in Samuel Keimer’s printing shop. Here, he demonstrated great skills, which earned him good salary. At age 22, in 1978, he started his print shop in partnership with Meredith. Dealing with different customers the org anization must priorities for each, which mainly depends on its importance and its urgency for each situation and condition. 2.2 Effective communication is important to the company and it can be improved in many ways. In truth, communication act as a role in product development and customer relations also employee management and almost every aspect of a business operations process. Employees are a key audience because they often serve as the conduit to other audiences. If employees are knowledgeable, communications with other communities are likely to be strong as well. Effective structural communication will create a strong communication and the teamwork for employees to achieve company goals. There are mainly three types of communication, Verbal Communication which can be through a telephone or internet Skype, which is only through a voice channel, and Nonverbal Communication like emails, fax, SMS, test and lastly we have, Visual Communication which is mainly faced to face or meetings. Each has its own advantages and disadvantage for example; Verbal Communication you can communicate with a large number of cu stomers in short time, on the other hand, customer won’t be able to fully understand everything as the visual communication, and for Nonverbal Communication for example; customer has a reminder and a proof of the text which is reliable, on the other hand, some messages might be sent incorrectly and cause a large damage, Visual Communication is what customers prefer as so that they can express their emotions in better way, the disadvantage that this process takes lots of time to deal with each customer. 2.3 Effective service delivery, There are several overall points to think about when managing and planning the delivery of your services and products to be measured. There are also some particular aspects and methods that you may find helpful if you have limited time or resources. Within the framework of planning the business some aspects should be considered in order to improve the quality and the trust relationship with the community: Delivering service on time Time is limited. You cannot buy more time, but there are several things you can do to manage your time more efficiently. Plans rarely show up to be accomplished in the best way, and even the finest managers have to deal with unpredictable matters like suppliers not delivering on time, one of the employee members getting ill or trains are being delayed, equipment breaks, etc. Nevertheless, if you plan sufficiently you are more likely to deliver on time. When business starts deliver on time the business will start to be trusted and dependable, and this will attract lots of customers due to its timely delivery quality. They further agree that education shall enable all persons to participate effectively in a free society, promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations and all racial, ethnic or religious groups, and further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize that, with a view to achieving the full realization of this right Primary education shall be compulsory and available free to all Secondary education in its different forms, including technical and vocational secondary education, shall be made generally available and accessible to all by every appropriate means, and in particular by the progressive introduction of free education Fundamental education shall be encouraged or intensified as far as possible for those persons who have not received or completed the whole period of their primary education. The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to have respect for the liberty of parents and, when applicable, legal guardians to choose for their children schools, For instance in Sri Lanka since 1950s the state has interfered for supporting the poorest to enter the chain of education while offering bursar, scholarship, and from 1980 the text books has distributed freely. There are key Determents of poverty in Sri Lanka Inadequacy growth and unequal opportunity Armed conflict Isolation and lack of economic integration Limited access to high quality education Limited access to basic social servers Slow growth in agriculture Lack of clear land tenure Environmental degradation Social exclusion and poverty lessens POVERTY IN RURAL AREA The poor population in Sri Lanka consists mainly of the following, Those living in remote isolated areas Landless works in low wage occupations Farmers cultivating low value crops Fishes and lives stock Poverty is predominately a rural phenomenon with near 90 percent of the poor residing in rural areas. Why does it spread in rural arena mainly? The argument behind it that, most of the rural areas still remain in the structure of Sri Lankan traditional feudal system whether absent of the compulsory labour and self sufficient, the rural areas are in the level of low income and inequality of the distribution and lack of knowledge. Their main revenue relies upon the cultivation and most of them are share plots cultivation. The scarcity for nutrition, health and sanitation, water and education are the common surrounds which available with rural poverty. In 1996 the provincial poverty level ranged from 37 percent of the households in Uva province and 14 percent are in western province. The high ranges of the poverty remain in the province of western. In urban as well in rural region in Colombo has the poverty in order to lack of the better income employment opportunities. poverty in Sri Lanka is predominantly a rural phenomenon. Close to 90 % of the poor are reported to live in rural areas. But estimates of rural and urban poverty should be interpreted with a great deal of caution because of the way in which urban and rural are defined. Until the late 1980s, the areas under mincipal councils, urban councils and town councils were all classified as urban areas. In the early 1990s, the area under town councils was reclassified as rural.. According to consumption poverty estimates for 1995|1996, the extent poverty in urban, rural and estate sectors is 15%, 27% and 25% respectively, using the lower poverty line, and 25%,41% and 45% respectively, using the higher poverty line. According to the lower poverty line the estate sector has fared marginally better than the rural sector, and according to the higher poverty line the reverse is the case. In terms of social indicators, such as housing facilities, access to education and health services, access to safe drinking water, safe sanitation and electricity, infant mortality rate, and malnutrition, the estate sector, may be worse off than the rural sector. Poverty in rural areas is the result of the less income and in equality of the distribution of the income way. For instance Monaragala is one of the poorest districts in Sri Lanka which depends on large amount of agriculture in come. The crops of agriculture base on the cornflakes and the vegetables chiefly. The value for the market in those crops is considerably less. Thus the poverty becomes a burning issue for the peasants in Monaragala. The urban sector has encompassed with poverty and its relate impacts as illiteracy, teenage prostitutes, and the drugs. The main shadow of the poverty in urban area is that cheap labour participation and cheap wages. the poverty is one of the outcome of the usage of illicit liquored. However poverty has inflicted comparatively more for the lives in rural areas. ITS IMPACT ON THE PRIMARY EDUCATION IN RURAL AREA Poverty is the giant feature for determining the fate and the nature of the society. But the rural student has the disparity on attaining the school in daily. During the harvest gathering period, is being as the unpaid helper for his home. English is not their mother tongue. It is the new comer for them. The methodology of teaching the language also contributed for shaping of the learning of the language. Vast numerical students unable to apply the English as the communication chancel at their house hold. Their parents and adults are away from the fluent in English. Thereby it is hard tasking them to learn the langue merely writing the black board. The state has followed up the strategically way for improving the education but there are doubt on those procedure, because the English teacher still not be able to fill the gap of learning and transforming to the fluently of the students from rural area. The poverty causes to confine the upgrading of the studies. For instance, the basic elements for schooling as the stationeries stiff for the taking to the students in rural area. The price of the current exercise book is more that 50 rupees and it is a grim chore for the parents who live with daily income. Poverty alters the attitudes of the people. Most of the people, who are under the poverty line, do not want to or are powerlessness to send their children for the schools at least for the primary level. On the one hand it is expenses for them and the other child can be utilised as the labour for the house hold income. CHAPTER IV:  AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES IN SCHOOLS AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES The theory behind this is chapter that relative deprivation and modernization. The modernization policy will be confined to the core and it rare to filter to the periphery. Thereby the policy put the line in better the regions of modernized and in modernized. Through the researcher observation has set up that students in Colombo seven has the every facilities as opportunity to study of the computer technology, English and they can make the difference for their appearance even. Though in rural area as above mentioned, Usbim janapadaya, the students fingers not be lucky to touch the key board of the computers. The English is one of the fairies for their lives. The way to the modern technology is long for them. Because of the availability of the resources. PHYSICAL RESOURCES Physical resources mainly contain of the material elements. the researcher prefer to classify the physical resources in two lines. Direct physical resources:- The direct physical resources mane the resources which affect directly to primary English education. They are text books, the quality of the school structure, and the opportunity for applying the audio and video visuals. Indirect physical resources:- It relevant to infrastructure as roads, accessibility for the water and sanitation with the area of school and the electricity. Text books has distributed by the government. The quality of the text books has changed now. They have composed in colour way. The pages are attracted for the eye. In fact the English text books have gone out of the conventional border of role play. The text books have included the details which relates to knowledge in other subjects. For instance the English text about the Sinharaja. It is not only way to improve the grammar but also way to improve the knowledge. The audio and video is one of the hands to make closer for the education. for example, children love to watch the cartoons and movies. They dont bother on the language. Though in rural area, there are none of the audio and video visual rooms or the objects for the program. Urban national and popular schools, the primary students have obtained to read and watch the books and movies of the giant of the English literate, as William Shakespeare. Drinking water in rural areas has gained from the well, not by the pipe lines. The problem occurs during the draught time. In that period, the well get dried and it is a great difficult task to access for the water. Sanitation is one of the basic needs of the human lives. In Rural areas, there is deficient of cleaning services and the better sanitation facilities. For instance in Kandy District, Thalathoya Ds Divsion, Thalathuoya GN division, Tamil primary school, had not the sanitation facilities for the children. The above mentioned fact are the discourage features for the student to attain the school. They decide the education of the child. The primary children reminiscent of the colours mainly dark colours. The colour of the walls by those dark colours and decorate the walls by their creations in English and hold the completion, and teach the good habits in English, and let them to speak not only for the 45 minutes but also for as long as the teacher can, are the way for supporting to them in learning of the English. HUMAN RESOURCES Human resources mentions that the availability for the teachers. The teachers cannot facilities in order to the counting of the heads of the children. However, the human resource in rural area for the English education is less compare to the urban cities. The lack of infrastructure is fewer inspirers for appointing in rural areas. For instance the output from the college of education should be in rural area for certain period. But they rarely prefer to get the appointment in rural area because of the lack of facilities. In some area, even imperfection on basic human needs as neutralized food, health care and drinking water. The other point that, when reject and politicalised of appointments create the negative and aspect on the teacher. It also make the job dissatisfaction and because of it the teacher is not be able to work efficiently, effectively and creatively with the children. The matter that most of the unemployed are educated. Not merely pass the advanced level but graduated. Then why graduate exclude from the job market? SUPPLY AND FILLING OF THE DEMANDS Education gives people better understanding of themselves and the surrounding and thereby improves the quality of their lives and leads to benefits both for the individual and the society. In this essay I will discuss how Jackson has incorporated some of the practices of Zen Buddhism into his and the players of his teams lives and how it has been effective for the game and the lives of those involved. But after working for two years in a consultancy firm in Jamshedpur, he sought to work in a different city and so he applied for Solutions Unlimited through his friend, Arvind. Arvind and Vidya had told him that Solutions Unlimited would give him a good environment to work in and the informal culture here would make his work enjoyable and would also provide him with many opportunities to grow. The chain of events that took place since he joined the orgainsation have now made Nitish’s staying in the organisation difficult as his relations with Meena and Mr. Alagu have turned sour. He was not satisfied with the initial offer given to him and that led to Meena being given a mouthful by Mr.  Kapoor. Also there were issues regarding the payment of severance to his previous employers and his spouse’s travel. According to the company’s policy only 50% of the severance pay was done and there was no policy to pay for spouse’s travel. This led to Nitish being put in a bad light in from of Mr. Alagu. Even though he got opportunities to participate in various projects but he was not allowed to work properly by Meena. For instance he was not allowed to go to New Zealand with Mr. Kapoor and also he was told that he would not be needed for the project from Korea as the scope had changed. He was also taunted by Mr. Alagu and Meena when they came to know that he was working closely with the MD. All these events have disturbed him as he didn’t want any bad blood between anyone in the workplace. But all these things place in the first place owing to many flaws in Solutions Unlimited and also by Nitish. Even though he had experience from two organisations he was careless and unprofessional while negotiating the salary with Venkat. He also believed when Venkat said that his severance pay and also his wife’s travel pay would be done; he didn’t take any written confirmation from him. He was careless enough to lose the email. There was no proper structure in the organisation. There were no Director and Associate Director for Human Resources, and Meena and Venkat were quite inexperienced in the organisation. The policies were not communicated to Nitish when he joined and so there was dispute regarding payment of severance. Recently his work has been appreciated by the CEO and Manish. He was asked by Meena to go to Nagpur to finalise the details of the project he was involved in and also handle the project. This has given an opportunity to Nitish to introspect and think about his future course of action. Problem Statement The problem facing Nitish is what course of action he should take after coming from Nagpur. He is faced with the dilemma of whether to work towards building a good relation with his peers in the organisation or search for better prospects elsewhere. Options 1. Nitish should work hard towards removing the bad blood between himself and Meena and concentrate on building a good future in Solutions Unlimited. 2. Nitish should leave the organisation and search of better prospects elsewhere. 3. Nitish should take the matter to Manish and let them know how he is being treated and ask for necessary steps to be taken. Criteria for Evaluation The options need to be evaluated such that they satisfy the following criteria: 1. Impact on Nitish’s career: the course of action should be such that his career does not take a downfall. 2. Impact at the workplace: the course of action should improve his experience at workplace rather than degrade it. Evaluation of Options 1. Staying in the organisation: a. Nitish’s work is admired and his experience is appreciated by his seniors at the company. He has been given the responsibility of handling the project he was working in. If he can stop complaining and take proper steps towards improving the relations between Meena and himself, then he will have lesser problems to worry about. His impression in front of Manish is very good and is he continues to work hard then his career will take a great leap. b. When his relationship with Meena is mended, he will automatically come in the good books of Mr. Alagu. Eventually the things that used to disturb him will go away and he will be happy with his career. 2. Leaving the organisation: a. Leaving the company on bad terms will surely hamper his career. The feedback from the previous employers will create a bad image. This will affect his future prospects and his career growth. b. Provided he gets a job elsewhere, his previous image will do him no help in front of his peers and seniors. He will face difficulty securing better projects and this will add more to his situation. 3. Taking matters to the top management: a. Taking matters to Manish may help in certain ways to review the internal policies but this will bring further create cracks in his relation with Meena and Mr. Alagu. This would create more problems in his career and he would lose trust among many seniors in the organisation. b. This will not improve his conditions in his workplace and he will create more enemies due to his high-handedness. Recommendations I recommend that Nitish should stay in the organisation and work hard to build a better relationship with Meena and Mr. Alagu. Action Plan  Nitish, first and foremost should identify how he was also partly responsible in creating such situations in the first place. Rather than hoping that things should work out, he should approach Meena and have a talk about how things have led to such acerbic relation between them and work out their differences. He should accept his wrongdoings and also bring out the fact that policies also need to be reviewed so that such situations don’t crop up again.
